Make a date for free Media Lectures

How to direct episodes of ‘EastEnders’ and the process of producing modern radio are some of the Lectures included in a series at the University of Teesside entitled ‘Media Industries and Culture’. The series has been organised by the Media Academic Section in the School of Law, Arts & Humanities, and held on Wednesdays from 1-2pm in the Main Lecture Theatre, Constantine Building. Lectures are free and all are welcome. The programme is:

3rd May, Philip Draycott (Television Director) ‘Directing ‘EastEnders’’

10th May, Jane Ray (Radio Producer) ‘Producing Contemporary Radio’

17th May, Elizabeth Carnegie (Senior Lecturer, Heritage Studies) ‘Managing Museums’

24 May, Eleanor Yule (Television Producer) ‘TV in the 1990s’*
