This endorsement means that students who successfully complete all requirements of Teesside University’s LLB will be eligible to apply for registration to sit Malaysia’s Certificate in Legal Practice examination, subject to meeting all other LPQB criteria.
Approval from the Board is an indicator of academic quality and professional relevance, as the Certificate in Legal Practice is a key professional qualification for aspiring legal professionals in Malaysia.

Students on the LLB (Hons) Law programme at Teesside University work under research-active academics to develop knowledge of law as well as professional and practical skills.
They gain real-world experience by providing pro bono legal advice to members of the local community through the University’s award-winning Law Clinic.
