Supporting your future with a free will writing service

Graduates and their partners can access expert support at no cost, with an upcoming webinar to guide you through the process.

Teesside University graduates and their partners can now access a free Will writing service through The Taylor Lucas Partnership, giving our alumni community the chance to put important plans in place with confidence and ease.

More than half of adults in the UK don’t have a Will, often due to cost, uncertainty, or not knowing where to start. This service removes those barriers entirely, offering a simple, supportive process at no charge.

The free standard Will writing service includes:

• Will Builder: a short telephone consultation to understand your wishes.

• Confirmation meeting: your case advisor presents your draft Will and carries out a full estate planning review.

• Approval meeting: your final Will and supporting documents are completed and confirmed.

To help you learn more, Donna Byrne from The Taylor Lucas Partnership will be hosting a 30 minute webinar on Microsoft Teams on Wednesday 27 May at 12:00pm. She’ll explain how the service works, what to expect, and how you can make the most of this valuable alumni benefit.
