Teesside University alumni encouraged to apply for Study UK Alumni Awards

From 1 September, international UK alumni can apply for the prestigious Study UK Alumni Awards, which recognise graduates creating positive change and making a lasting impact around the world

The British Council's Study UK Alumni Awards celebrate the outstanding achievements of international UK alumni around the world, recognising graduates who are using their UK education to make a positive impact in their communities, industries and countries. Applications for the next awards cycle open today, providing an opportunity for exceptional alumni to gain recognition for their achievements on a national and global stage.

The awards honour inspirational international graduates who have demonstrated leadership, innovation and commitment to creating change. Award categories include: • Business and Innovation • Culture, Creativity and Sport • Science and Sustainability • Social Action

Alumni from UK universities are considered for the prestigious global Alumni Awards and, where applicable, national Alumni Awards in the countries where they are making an impact.

The awards provide an opportunity to showcase the achievements of UK-educated graduates and highlight the global value of a UK higher education. Through the stories of previous winners and finalists, the programme demonstrates how alumni are using the knowledge, skills and connections gained during their studies to drive innovation, support communities and create meaningful change around the world.
