Can research be explained in three minutes?
Join us for an inspiring afternoon as Teesside University hosts the FameLab North East Regional Final, in collaboration with Cheltenham Festivals. Now in its third year, this event brings together researchers from across the region to share their ideas with public audiences.
During the event, participants will take on the challenge of presenting their research in just three minutes - clearly, confidently and without jargon. Each speaker will aim to engage the audience while demonstrating FameLab’s three key principles: Content, Clarity and Charisma.
The regional winner will go on to represent the North East at the FameLab UK National Final, held at the Cheltenham Science Festival, competing for the title of the UK’s best science communicator.
