Understanding anxiety and how to work with it, Wed 11 October, 1pm-4pm, TG.04
Anxiety is an inevitable and necessary aspect of human existence that cannot be eliminated. The aim of the workshop is to help the group understand anxiety better, with a view to recognising it as a reliable source of information that highlights a life issue which needs to be addressed.
