Through practical workshops and careers talks, you learn about the real world applications of STEM. Sessions include:

Cyber Security - through practical sessions you explore common threats, password hygiene, emerging threats and delve into a case-study investigation

Artificial Intelligence - Dive deep into the world of Machine Learning algorithms and techniques. We'll walk you through the exciting process of crafting your very first machine learning solution, empowering you to predict outcomes from unseen data.

Games Development - This practical workshop will introduce you to core game design and development principles using an F1 Simulator rig.

Engineering - choose from aerospace or chemical and process engineering

Food and Nutrition - what effect does colour have on our sensations? Taste food samples and learn how colour effects taste

Geoscience - analyse soil and sediment samples to find clues on origin and history

Net Zero visit - understand how the Tees Valley is driving the transition towards a cleaner, greener future

Sport and Exercise - how does the female body respond and develop in performance sports?
