Oxford Nanopore MinION

Oxford Nanopore MinION

A portable, real-time sequencing device providing long-read sequencing capabilities.

Based in National Horizons Centre's Omics Lab, results from the Oxford Nanopore MinION (MK1B and MK1C) can be processed while the instrument is still sequencing, reducing the time it takes to get results. Up to 48 Gb data output per MinION Flow Cell / 2.8 Gb per Flongle Flow Cell.

Oxford Nanopore PromethION 2 Solo

Oxford Nanopore PromethION 2 Solo

High-throughput sequencing for large-scale genomic projects.

The PromethION 2 Solo (P2 Solo) is similar to the MinION sequencers but with larger capabilities. Two high-output flow cells can run in parallel, delivering up to 580 Gb of data.
