A wealth of part-time courses for all

The University of Teesside is holding two Open Days for advice, information and enrolment to its part-time courses on Saturday 12 February from 10am-2.00pm and Tuesday 15 February from 12 noon-2.00pm and 4.00pm-7.30pm in the Student Centre (Old Library building, linked to the Clarendon building). The range of courses include Marketing the Internet, exploring food hygiene or examining the workings of the European Union.

Other subjects include:

Short courses covering Food Law & Regulations, Business Internet Applications and Science & your Environment.

The Associate Student Scheme, which gives students a taste of Higher Education by studying for individual modules without having to commit to a full-time programme. Subjects include Housing Law, The monstrous regiment of women (a History module) and Design for the World Wide Web.

Postgraduate degrees, such as the newly launched Master of Arts (MA) in History, which offers the students the opportunity to look at the North-East's regional identity, and several Master of Science (MSc) degrees from the School of Science & Technology, including the MSc Food Technology and the MSc in Chemical Engineering.
