Santander applications are currently open for its Women Business Leaders’ Mentoring Programme, offering a valuable opportunity for female entrepreneurs looking to accelerate their business growth. The initiative is designed to champion the next generation of ambitious, fast growth female founders and business owners by connecting them with expert mentors and a dynamic peer community.

Why this programme matters

Launched in 2019, the programme has become a cornerstone of Santander’s commitment to supporting female entrepreneurship and strengthening women-led businesses across the UK. Each year, it brings together experienced business leaders and emerging founders to share insight, challenge ideas, and build confidence in scaling a business.

What participants can expect

Those selected for the mentoring experience will benefit from:

• A tailored mentor match: Each participant is paired with an experienced business leader or founder who can offer strategic guidance, fresh perspectives, and constructive challenge.

• Access to curated learning resources: Participants receive tools, materials and support designed to help them overcome barriers and accelerate sustainable growth.

• A thriving entrepreneurial network: The programme opens the door to a vibrant community of like minded female entrepreneurs, creating opportunities for collaboration, connection and long term peer support.

The programme is open to both mentees and mentors. Santander is encouraging applications not only from female founders seeking support, but also from experienced business leaders who want to give back by sharing their expertise with the next generation of entrepreneurs.

Applications for the Santander Women Business Leaders’ Mentoring Programme are now open. Those interested are encouraged to apply soon, as the deadline for submissions is 9 March 2026.
