As we celebrate University Mental Health Day why not get creative with crochet or Lush bath bomb making (details coming soon!), unwind with yoga, or join our calming Tea and Talk session (available both in-person and online).

You can also take part in a wellbeing walk alongside our very own therapy dog, Ember. We’ll be running online webinars about the Student Assistance Programme (SAP) for students and staff, as well as a SPARK session delivered by Papyrus. Head down to the Student Life Building to get involved in the activities and to chat with our Mental Health and Disability Advisers too!

Teesside University students can download the Vita Wellbeing app which gives free access to 24/7 mental wellbeing support services. For more information on the Student Assistance Programme (SAP), please see: Student Assistance Programme
