Campus Services provide a range of essential services, which contribute to university life for students, staff and visitors. We are responsible for providing a safe, secure and comfortable environment, and work hard to provide the best possible service to everyone in the Teesside University community.

Campus Services job request system and helpdesk

If you have any issues with the building in which you work or study, please let us know immediately, so we can deal with it as effectively as possible.

  • Contact the appropriate person in your School or department who will log the job directly onto the Work Request system for you, or
  • Call the helpdesk 01642 342041, or
  • If a job is an emergency - for example, a burst water pipe - call the helpdesk straight away.

Calls will be dealt with in line with their urgency, with emergency jobs dealt with within two hours.
