The Student Harassment Sexual Misconduct and Violence Policy and Procedure sets out the University’s commitment and approach to preventing and addressing all forms of sexual misconduct, harassment, and violence within its student community.

These two sets of Extenuating Circumstances Regulations allow students to request academic relief for example, request an extension to an assessment, deferral or interruption, due to serious personal issues beyond a their control.

The Code of Practice affirms the University’s commitment to protecting lawful freedom of speech and academic freedom. It outlines the principles, legal duties, and procedures that enable staff, students, and visiting speakers to express lawful views, while ensuring compliance with obligations related to safety, equality, and public order. It also establishes mechanisms for addressing breaches.
