All staff who have a relevant car park permit are able to park in:
* Unless otherwise directed by University security or support services staff (car park attendants).
A valid permit must be displayed on any vehicle brought on to campus in line with the terms and conditions. The issue of a permit is proof of eligibility to park within the designated car park(s) but does not guarantee a parking space.
The monthly charge is £22.00 (full time users) deducted via Payroll. Access can be given on a 'set' daily basis (same day(s) each week) at a charge of £4.40 per day, per month.
If you have lost or mislaid your issued permit, a replacement can be purchased in the online shop. On confirmation of your receipt, you will receive an email informing you of where to collect your replacement permit.

The Dartmouth car park on Southfield Road can be used by staff permit holders and registered students. Staff are asked to display their permit and students are asked to register, and purchase a parking session via the PayByPhone app. The car park is ANPR operated and is checked regularly by parking attendants.
The university has 200 parking permits available for the Cleveland Centre, which are allocated to staff only. You can apply for a permit through Unity, after which you will be placed on a waiting list. When a permit becomes available, you will be offered a space in the Cleveland Centre first.
The Cleveland Centre car park operates using an ANPR (Automatic Number Plate Recognition) system, so no physical permit is required. If you update any of your vehicle details, please ensure you email r.milburn@tees.ac.uk, as the ANPR system must be manually updated.
Please note that while the permit grants access to the Cleveland Centre car park, spaces are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
Cleveland Centre users will be issued with the specific terms and conditions applicable to Cleveland Centre with their permit. Cleveland Centre permit holders can access Main Campus Staff car parks after 3.45pm (spaces permitting). Cleveland Centre permits are charged at the same rate as main site permits.
Motorcyclists are asked to register for motorcycle parking. Student motorcycle parking is located in the Centuria South cycle storage area, and staff motorcycle parking is located in the designated area within the Themis West car park. Please specify within the application that you are registering a motorcycle.
