Team Teesside's Star Awards

This award recognises colleagues or teams who look for new and creative ways of doing things better.

This could involve asking why we do things we do, looking for improvements, and pushing boundaries to achieve greater successes.

Nominees are likely to take every opportunity to learn and develop, always
seek out new ideas and be willing to try different ways of doing things.

This could include working with commercial enterprises or spin-out companies, or workplace initiatives.
