I have a doctorate degree in Online Business Management from the University of Central Lancashire. My research is mainly focused on identity fraud management in e-tail organisations.

I’ve explored various types of online frauds faced by large online organisations, focusing on effective management of identity fraud to develop beneficial customer relationship and control fraud losses. My publications include a holistic view of managing information security, identity fraud management, and m-commerce fraud prevention. I’m currently working on the development of a contextual framework for identity fraud management, extending deterrence theory in an identity fraud prevention context and the significance of policy management in prevention of online frauds.
