We offer several funded postgraduate degrees that are fully funded, and we welcome applications from motivated applicants. Fully funded opportunities will be posted across the year, please check regularly if you're interested.
These opportunities are offered via specific research projects and have an application period and deadline.
We do not offer funding internally for applicant proposed projects.
A studentship is a form of financial support provided by the University via an application process to specific projects defined by the University which may consist of payment of fees plus an annual stipend; or of fees only; for a fixed duration of the study.
We are part of the DTA (Doctoral Training Alliance) and offer three-year PhD Studentships. Teesside University offers a range of funded opportunities which are linked to specific research topics and are recruited on a competitive basis. The University will place students on these programmes and allocate the funding.
