ENRICH is a hub of support for staff and postgraduate researchers, bringing together learning and development opportunities across enterprise, networking, research, innovation, and culture.
ENRICH transforms our approach to researcher development at Teesside, aiming to harmonise and amplify the varied range of staff and student development provided by the Research and Enterprise Office (REO) in collaboration with academics and other specialists from within and beyond the University.
Within ENRICH, our diverse learning and development programme will allow you to expand your knowledge and understanding in a wide range of topics, from funding strategies to media training and project management. The programme takes a blended approach to learning, including e-learning, webinars, workshops, and seminars. You will be provided with a lively and supportive learning environment that encourages you to reflect on your experiences and to develop new approaches, skills, and behaviours.
