From 2024/25 the researcher development programme will be known as ENRICH (enterprise, networking, research, innovation, culture hub). ENRICH brings together a range of development activities and support from colleagues across the Research and Enterprise Office, together with other specialists and academics from Teesside and externally. This page will be updated with more details in the coming months.
Our diverse programme will allow you to expand your knowledge and understanding in a wide range of topics, from funding strategies to media training and project management.
The programme takes a blended approach to learning, with a mix of independent e-learning, webinars, peer mentoring, and guided tasks. You will be provided with a lively and supportive learning environment that encourages you to reflect on your experiences and to develop new approaches, skills, and behaviours.
All our activities support the UK Concordat to Support the Career Development of Researchers and are aligned to Vitae's Researcher Development Framework.
