How you learn
You learn through Teesside University Online Learning.
Designed with modules related to learning and teaching in practice, and assessment and evaluation of learning in practice. Online activities (group discussion boards, quizzes, polls, podcasts and videos) and assessment methods (recorded presentations, academic poster and journal articles) develop your digital fluency and online socialisation. This empowers you to succeed and navigate technology within health and social care education. You engage in work-related practical exercises to achieve your learning outcomes.
Interprofessional learning and debate is encouraged throughout and benefits from a broad range of healthcare professionals involved. Research-active tutors and fellows of Advance HE bring credibility, experience and enthusiasm to the course, sharing work which impacts the real world and inspires future careers.
How you are assessed
You are assessed through summative tasks to evaluate your ability to integrate professional values, core knowledge and effective practice in clinical education.
