Insights Discovery

Unlock the power of self-awareness and better team collaboration with this engaging one-day session. Designed for professionals at all levels, this workshop introduces you to the world-renowned Insights Discovery model, using the four colour energies to explore personal style, strengths, communication preferences and how we show up under pressure.

Through interactive exercises, practical reflection and personalised profiles, you gain a deep understanding of your own behavioural preferences and learn how to adapt effectively to others. The day focuses on real-world application: improving communication, boosting collaboration, enhancing leadership impact, and building stronger, more resilient working relationships.

Leadership vs Management

This engaging one-day session helps you clearly distinguish between leadership and management, while developing practical skills to enhance strategic impact. Through interactive activities, real world case studies and guided reflection, explore key leadership theories, practise applying different leadership styles, and examine how effective leaders navigate organisational change.

You work collaboratively to analyse scenarios, develop a strategic vision, and reflect on your leadership approach using a structured reflective model. You leave the session equipped to lead with greater clarity, communicate more effectively, and contribute confidently to departmental and organisational goals.

Leading Self and Others

This module empowers you to strengthen your emotional intelligence, deepen self awareness, and build confident, supportive relationships at work. Through practical tools, coaching models and reflective activities, explore how emotions influence behaviour, how self awareness enhances leadership, and how coaching and mentoring can be used to develop others effectively.

The session also introduces evidence based approaches to recognising and managing imposter syndrome, enabling you to build resilience and support colleagues experiencing self doubt. Using real world scenarios, coaching practice and structured reflection, you leave with improved communication skills, greater personal insight, and practical techniques for leading yourself and others with empathy and clarity.

Strategic Thinking and Decision Making

Strengthen your ability to think strategically, make informed decisions and align your work with wider organisational goals. Through scenario planning tools such as VUCA, PESTLE and the Three Horizons model, explore how to anticipate future challenges and assess risks using structured probability–impact methods.

Develop your confidence in setting SMART goals, breaking complex objectives into achievable milestones, and aligning day to day tasks with corporate strategy. The session also introduces a range of decision making and problem solving models – including SWOT, the 5 Whys and collaborative techniques – to support balanced, evidence based choices. The Future of Work

Through case studies, industry trends, interactive discussions and hands on activities, you explore the key forces reshaping organisations – including technology, automation, shifting demographics, globalisation and changing workforce expectations.

Analyse the impact of AI and digitalisation on roles and processes, identify tasks suited for automation or augmentation, and examine what flexibility, purpose and wellbeing mean for a modern workforce. Using personas, diagnostics and group problem solving, the session also explores the leadership capabilities required to build future ready, people centred organisations.

The day concludes with a practical team project where you design an actionable Future of Work roadmap tailored to organisational needs. By the end of the course, you are ready to assess readiness, lead transition plans, and drive inclusive, innovative approaches to evolving workplace trends. 1-2-1 Mentoring (6 hours each delegate)

Our 1 to 1 mentoring programme provides personalised, focused development support designed to accelerate growth, build confidence and strengthen professional capability. Through regular, structured conversations, you work with an experienced mentor to explore goals, overcome challenges, and develop practical strategies tailored to unique strengths and career aspirations.

Mentoring sessions offer a confidential space to reflect, gain clarity and receive constructive guidance on real workplace situations, including leadership, communication, performance, and personal effectiveness. Whether developing new skills, navigating change, or planning long term progression, this bespoke approach ensures you have targeted support that creates meaningful and sustainable impact.

Accountability and Performance

This module strengthens your ability to build accountable, high performing teams through clear expectations, adaptive leadership and effective performance management. You explore what accountability truly means in a leadership context, assess your own leadership style, and discover how to adapt your approach to meet the competence and readiness of different team members.

Through scenarios, KPI based tasks and a structured delegation framework, you practise tracking performance, delegating work confidently and addressing challenges constructively. The session also embeds reflective practice using the Gibbs Cycle to help deepen your self awareness and improve future decision making. By the end of the day, you are equipped to measure progress effectively, and lead teams with clarity, fairness and confidence.

Sustainable Organisation

This session introduces you to the concept of the sustainable organisation and the growing expectation for organisations to create meaningful socio economic value. Explore how modern organisations balance commercial goals with responsibilities to society, the environment and stakeholders.

Examine the role of government, policymakers and global frameworks – particularly the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals – in shaping organisational priorities. Through case studies, reflective tasks and practical analysis, you gain insight into responsible leadership, corporate citizenship, and the values-based decision making that underpins ethical and sustainable business models.

Reflect on how your own values influence leadership choices, stakeholder priorities and approach to organisational sustainability. By the end of the session, you are better equipped to challenge existing business models, respond to socio economic challenges, and lead in a responsible and future focused manner.

Entrepreneurial Leadership

Explore the principles and practice of entrepreneurial leadership, focusing on how structure, culture and strategy shape organisational performance. Effective Communication and Employee Engagement

This interactive one-day session equips you with the communication skills needed to build trust, strengthen collaboration and lead teams more effectively. Drawing on core concepts such as social capital, persuasive storytelling, active listening and change communication, the module provides a comprehensive toolkit for leaders seeking to enhance influence and engagement across their organisation.

Explore how networks of relationships (bonding, bridging and linking social capital) shape influence and trust, before practising storytelling models – including the Hero's Journey and the 3Cs of Persuasive Communication – to motivate and align others. The session also deepens listening and questioning capabilities through structured partner activities designed to improve clarity, empathy and feedback.

By the end of the module, you communicate with greater confidence, build psychologically safe team environments and create compelling, trust based communication strategies that improve team cohesion and organisational performance.

Change Management Essentials

Explore the principles and practice of leading change in complex and fast moving organisational environments. Designed for leaders responsible for navigating ambiguity, competing priorities and political dynamics, the module develops a critical understanding of how change is mobilised, communicated and sustained across systems, teams and stakeholders.

Examine established and contemporary change frameworks and evaluate how behavioural, cultural and organisational factors influence implementation. Through real world case discussions and applied exercises, you consider the responsibilities of senior leaders in sponsoring, enabling and embedding change, as well as the importance of creating momentum by embracing, shaping and implementing change at pace.

A strong emphasis is placed on translating theory into practical action: you analyse sources of resistance, explore strategies for building resilience, and reflect on how your leadership behaviour contributes to successful change outcomes. By the end of the session, you are equipped with a robust toolkit for planning, communicating and leading change with confidence, clarity and impact.
