We are recruiting! Student Engagement Assistants

Are you a current Teesside University Student? Become a Student Engagement Assistant in Student and Library Services.

As a current Teesside University student, you will have the opportunity to apply to one of our student roles in Student and Library Services. You will work across Student and Library Services (Library, Student Life Building and The Buttery) to help manage the learning environments, assist with customer enquiries, and contribute to the SLS model of customer service excellence.

Your responsibilities

- Provide on-campus and online support to students.

- Assist with self-service systems and building access.

- Actively promote our services across campus.

- Contribute to our model of Customer Service Excellence.

- Partake in exciting project work to improve the services we offer and champion the student voice.

- Ensure all SLS learning environments are kept tidy and well-managed, including the shelving of books in the Library.

We are looking for students to join the SLS team who are customer focused and passionate about supporting their peers during their time at Teesside University.

How to apply

To become a Student Engagement Assistant, you must be a current Teesside University student studying at least 60 credits. You will apply online via the UniTemps.
