Master of Business Administration (MBA)

The learning is so relevant to the leadership role, that it doesn’t feel like an add-on to the working day.

It's been game-changing in influencing my approach to leadership, sustainability and creating a high performing working culture.

How was the on-boarding process?

From my initial inquiry to the first day of on-boarding, communication from Teesside University was fantastic. I was given lots of information on what to expect from the course, with plenty of support and advice around facilities, benefits and extra-curricular activities.

Best thing about the course?

It’s been game-changing in influencing my approach to leadership, sustainability and creating a high performing working culture. The content is incredibly relevant to today’s business environment, making it easy to apply learning to my own organisational environment. Learning alongside other leaders also enhances the experience.

How has the course helped you?

I have more confidence as a leader. I’m also more self-aware, with a fresh insight into how organisational culture is shaped through leadership and values. I’ve been able to influence change and see the positive impact this has had on the team and my own professional development. I’ve now been able to secure a more senior leadership position within the sector.

How was the teaching?

The teaching is not only educational, but also inspirational. You get a rich insight from people with experience of running large and successful organisations, creating a dynamic and engaging learning environment.

Would you recommend this apprenticeship?

I would. For those who feel too busy to take time out to learn or progress their own professional development, this is perfect. The learning and coursework are so relevant to the leadership role, that it doesn’t feel like an add-on to the working day.
