HR Operations

HR Operations provides strategic and operational HR advice, guidance and support to managers and employees. The casework team comprises two HR Business Partners and four HR Advisers who are assisted by a support team comprising a Senior HR Officer, an HR Officer and Administrative Assistant.

The HR Business Partners are Account Managers for Schools and Departments and provide strategic and operational HR support to Deans and Directors. They are supported by the HR Advisers who are the primary point of contact for line managers, providing operational HR advice and guidance.

The HR Operations support team provides routine advice and guidance on our of employment policies and procedures.
