HR Operations

HR operations provides strategic and operational HR advice, guidance and support to managers and employees. There are two teams each comprising an HR Business Partner, HR Adviser and an HR Officer. The HR Policies, Rewards and Benefits Manager is part of the team working closely with the Deputy Director of HR.

The HR Business Partners are Account Managers for Schools and Departments and provide strategic and operational HR support to Deans and Directors, supported by HR Advisers as line manager's contacts providing operational HR advice and guidance, with HR Officers as the first point of contact for routine advice and guidance.

The HR Policies, Rewards and Benefits Manager works on the design, development, promotion and review of HR Policies and Procedures, leading on benefits and rewards projects, job grading and evaluation work.
