HR support services

HR support services is divided into 2 core teams, and led by the Assistant Director (HR Support Services). This service provides support, guidance and administration in the areas of:

  • Recruitment
  • Immigration and Compliance
  • General HR activities
  • Directorate support
  • Provision of HR management information
  • Delivery of new or improved HR systems or solutions
  • Improvements in the quality, efficiency, and effectiveness of HR business processes.

Providing compliance, support for recruitment activities and HR administration, with a clear focus on service excellence for all customers

Examples of what we can help you with:

  • Recruitment – recruitment processing, On boarding, social media advertising
  • People – General HR administration (including Health & Safety and Equality, Diversity and Inclusion), Annual Leave support, Career Pathways support, Honorary/Visiting titles administration
  • Compliance – UKVI, GDPR (Retention)
  • Directorate support

Providing quality management Information and functional enhancements, ensuring accurate delivery and modern approach to HR services
