You can buy PT sessions individually or get a discounted block booking of six sessions for the price of five (for individual and group sessions).
If you book group PT, it is not possible to provide an individualised programme for each person. Everyone in the group must have a similar goal as you will be trained together. Also, one person must make and pay for the booking.

I'm currently a third year MSci Chiropractic student with a BSc Kinesiology (exercise science) degree gained in Canada. I also have a post graduate certificate in Exercise Science for Health and Performance.
I have broad experience in fitness working as a personal trainer, coach and muay thai instructor. This spans a variety of individuals ranging from students getting into better shape to athletes preparing for competition.
Furthermore, I have helped in rehabilitation for people with spinal cord injuries, as well as strength and balance training for MS and Parkinson's. If you are looking to be healthier, stronger and more confident I could help at any step of your journey no matter your age or gender.
My aim is to create a plan based on your goals implemented around your schedule. I will help you build the right form to maximise your time in the gym and provide the motivation and confidence to continue whilst you balance your student life, including the tips I've learnt along the way.

I'm currently a second year BSc (Hons) Physiotherapy student and I am a qualified level 3 Personal Trainer.
I have been working and training in a gym environment for several years, and have gained a range of experience from training for a variety of sports and activities such as: rugby, basketball, climbing, athletics, swimming, kayaking and canoeing, and hiking; to training to build muscle, increase strength, weight loss or even recovery.
