Teesside Sport is inclusive. Open to all students, staff, and the wider University community we offer a wide range of services and programmes from participation to performance.
We recognise that people have very different motivations for taking part in sport and physical activity, whether this be for health and wellbeing, to participate socially, either to try something new or play the sport they love or to push their limits and perform at the highest possible level. Whatever the reason Teesside Sport has an offer for you.
From participation and taster sessions, sports clubs to train, perform and meet new people, to test yourself with an outdoor activity or be supported as a performance athlete we are here to support you. We offer high quality gym and sports facilities on campus for staff and students, and our team work hard to ensure you benefit from a range of services that can be delivered to support a heathier, happier you through sport and physical activity.
