Teesside University is pleased to offer graduates access to the University library – completely free of charge.
As a valued part of Teesside’s community, you can:
It’s a two-stage process to obtain your library membership card.
Firstly, graduates need to obtain proof of graduate status from the Alumni Engagement Team. Proof of graduate status will be returned via email.
Secondly, graduates need to apply to the library for membership. The Library Team will send you an email when your request for membership has been approved.

Once you’ve been sent proof of graduate status and have received confirmation from the library that membership has been approved, simply visit the iZone within Middlesbrough Campus Library, between 9.00am and 4.30pm, Monday to Friday, to obtain your Library TUSC (access card).
Don't forget to take along your proof of graduate status, either on your phone or in printed format, plus provide proof of identification which includes your name, address and date of birth.
The Library will provide eligible alumni with a Teesside University Smart Card (TUSC). iZone staff issue the card. Access without TUSC card is not possible.
There is no charge for alumni library membership.
