The programme supports you by combining learning opportunities within the workplace and the University learning environment. The assessments enable you to apply this knowledge and learning directly within the workplace.

All modules on the programme are delivered through blended learning, which uses a combination of face-to-face learning and online delivery.

Assessments allow you to reflect on and analyse your own personal practice as a manager or aspiring manager as well as your organisation’s practices against accepted business models and approaches.
