After graduating I joined Atkins, an engineering and design firm. My role is to support the commitment to environmental sustainability, ensuring that infrastructure projects align with regulatory requirements, address community concerns, and promote responsible environmental practice. My main duties involve providing support and expertise in environmental issues throughout the project lifecycle, assisting in conducting environmental impact assessments, engaging with local stakeholders, and supporting with environmental permitting and consenting.

I’ve attended workshops and seminars on emerging environmental regulations and technologies, expanding my expertise and staying up to date with industry trends, including using environmental assessment tools and software to streamline data analysis and reporting processes.
