Creative Assembly Legacy Scholarship

Creative Assembly is a BAFTA-winning games developer founded in West Sussex in 1987.

The Creative Assembly's Legacy Scholarship represents a commitment to making significant, lasting and positive change through the power of games. As one of the oldest and largest UK studios, Creative Assembly works to break down barriers to education - making technology, creative and games industries more diverse and accessible for future generations.

They are offering two awards worth £9,000 paid across your full programme of study.

Creative Assembly Legacy Scholarship eligibility

This scholarship may be relevant if you face financial difficulty during your studies at Teesside University. You are considered based on the financial circumstances demonstrated in your application statement and other applicant data available to the University.

To apply for one of these scholarships you must enrol on Year 1 of BA (Hons) Games Design (excluding those on foundation year), and meet at least one of the following criteria:

  • demonstrate clear financial need in your application
  • identify as a woman and/or from a minority ethnic background.

Applications are judged based on the information you provide in your application.

Each application is considered by a panel of senior University staff and, if you are a shortlisted candidate, you are invited to attend an interview.
